Importing your Blog Post into Medium doesn't need to be an exercise in data entry and copy/pasting.  Medium has a feature to allow you to action this quickly.  Import your Story.

How to Action

1. Login to your Medium Account
2. Navigate to your Stories
3. Choose to Import a Story
4. Enter the URL of your post from your website
5. Select the Import Your Story button
6. You can then select to View Your Story
7. The story is now ready for any editing you would like to action before selecting the Publish button
